Pre Election Run is around 40%. 
Post Election Run is around 20%. 

Notable Fact here is - Although 20% upside in index looks scary for two days. It actually means reverted 50% in 6 days as a retracement before further going up.

But basically if one sees, Index has suffered great stock market crashed. Consolidated. Shot up. A 100% recovery. Maybe Election can be called here as a catalyzer? 

But from the look for it, We have already crashed ourselves and made it back. Previously we were in the lower channel in the mean reversion but now we are in the upper channel of it. We can force ourselves only if we consider a chance of breakout from here!

Post Election - 5.77% 

As usual, it did a 50% retracement before continuing towards a further uptrend. 

By Post Election, We are considering the uptick cause on the election results date till the retracement kicked in. 
By Pre Election, We are considering the poll scheduling day till results day. 
One thing is evident is - Exit Polls will start the engine with a strong note.
